Mike Ginsburg
After a youth spent on odd jobs like sweeping floors, bucking bales, framing oil paintings, stacking lumber off a gang sorter, grinding slag off steel welds, I did what most did after graduating from my college and taught secondary public school for 10 years. However, love of students and curriculum could not dull the pain of administrative lackeys, petty departmental politics, and the endless horizon of paltry income. Enter fate. A new job selling radio advertising, a life-changer and the beginning of my true education and pursuit of happiness. Learning and success moved me into the hallowed offices of management where I could finally sense a control of destiny. Every day was a learning day, mostly from customers, each one an advertising and marketing genius in their own way. The formal learning continued: seminars, reading every book possible about marketing, and daily OJT. A jagged saw blade of gradual and upward growth led me to market manager positions with America’s biggest and most prestigious communications companies. Las Vegas was always my favorite market. A vibrant mecca for business and a community of forward-thinking visionaries made it ripe for success. With a team of talented heat seekers, we took the doormat radio station in the market from zero to hero in less than two years. We grew to 4 properties valued at over $102 million with 110 talented employeeswhile continuing to capture the #1 position for ratings and revenue for years to come. It was a privilege to spearhead KSNE-FM, KWNR-FM, KFMS-FM, and KQOL-FM. More of a privilege to help grow area businesses and charitable causes. Success led to other companies, markets, and winswith things like concert promoting and business building. It led to my bi-lingual advertising agency in the Bay Area where we crafted campaigns, perfected production, and handled projects like The Vibe for the City of Fresno to placing local and national ads for insurance companies and auto dealers.
But we all know, the only thing that matters is what I can do for you today. Experience and years in harness are worthless commodities. There are a lot of sleep walking empty suits posturing as advertising and marketing gurus. Your heart still feels the burn from some of them, I’m sure.
Let’s talk more today, and I’ll share credentials and deeds as you may like, yet I more prefer to know your needs, challenges, and goals.
Advertising/marketing is wonderful warfare where NO ONE DIES while passionate people theorize, battle, flank, block, parry, innovate, race, and win!

Winding roads through canyons of experience convinced you to start your own business, and the same thing happened to me. After launching many successful companies for other people, I decided to spearhead my own venture along with some family members
A variety of gritty media jobs found me making stops with SCOPE Magazine, KKLZ 96.3 Radio, Las Vegas Weekly and Greenspun Media Group. Here I started their first website Lasvegasweekly.com. While creative was fun I was tasked to be the point of the spear for revenue generation. Twenty years ago, getting over $400,000 of revenue in place before launch of a new technology and an unproven product was impossible, yet I did exactly that. From there I was tapped by senior management of Voice Media Group, one of America’s largest publishers, to create their startup entry into digital advertising and marketing in Las Vegas, V Digital. Here I was fortuitously mentored by some of the most brilliant, visionary operators, business managers, and sales teams I ever had the privilege to work with. I learned agency-based digital solutions and how to market them to various businesses in Orange County, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. I rapidly assimilated digital marketing options and soaked up as many skills and as much knowledge as I could. From a small group of tables rented at a downtown executive incubator I hand-picked the staff and built the sales and operational teams.
After 10 years of relentless success maturing V Digital Las Vegas into a 25-person office where I drove revenue from zero to a successful level. I woke to the realization that plowing another man’s field came at the expense of bettering my own — my own family, career, and community. So, on October 7, 2017, after launching many successful companies for other people, I decided to spearhead my own venture along with some family members and started my own enterprise, Notice U Marketing, Inc. I chose to make a difference A difference for clients and for the community. I super-serve a short list of cherished and important clients. I make sure, by design, our company avoids long-list cookie cutter solutions that leave you wondering did you get our very best or did we give it to some other client or potential competitor. Rest assured, you get our very best ideas and conscientious service.
I want my company fixated on client service and I demand we maintain low turnover and churn. I want you to have a place with business partners that you can call home for as long as you like. The U in our name stands for our clients. While others are merely client focused, we are client obsessed. Whether I have to dangle off a 50-foot crane to hang streamers and grand opening banners in the dark of a stormy night or whether I have to shelve Thanksgiving and work clean through the night before the biggest shopping day of the year, I do it.
Meeting client expectations is not good enough. Providing the unexpected value added is our constant goal. To date, we have successfully blended a full time staff of highly capable employees with a consortium of superb project workers across the Vegas Valley, the U.S., and in fact the world.
Building deeply collaborative partnerships is our overarching principle. And delivering shorter timelines, actionable solutions, and superior quality to deliver and increase client profitability and satisfaction is our ceaseless mission.

She unflinchingly supports her son’s football efforts at Spring Valley High School.

I am a mom to 2 girls and happily married to their father, a North Las Vegas Fire Captain,my most fulfilling accomplishments. Past careers include retail, casino cashiering, and 10 years as an Escrow Officer/Branch Manager for the premier title company in Las Vegas. I truly love our spoiled pets, a Labrador retriever and a mixed breed cat. They grew up and play together even to this day. My preferred hobbies are baking, long walks on the beach (lol), and spending time with family. The only guilty pleasure I will own up to is love of reality TV. Will Married at First Sight stay together? Talking about love: my love-hate relationship is coffee vs working out. Long live Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Human Bean, and any newly opening independent roastery. Not a huge fan of Starbucks.

Chad Martinez
A little about me, I once met Prince while he was shopping at a record store I worked for (true story). In addition to that, I have a passion for marketing and media that started with a love of art, music, and technology. I was active in the electronic music scene in San Francisco where I studied visual art at the Art Academy of San Francisco, under the mentorship of Bay Area artist Bob Bruman. During the late 90’s I learned the art of branding and marketing as a DJ and rave promoter. Later I gained a formal education in the field of journalism and broadcasting at UNLV in Las Vegas.
I was Technical Director at KUNV 91.5 FM for over eight years and am the founder of the former weekly radio show “Future Sound,” Las Vegas’ longest running radio show dedicated to experimental electronic music. At KUNV-FM I oversaw technical recordings and audio production for a variety of weekly shows including “Our Metropolis” hosted by the late historian Hal Rothman. In addition, I helped organize fund raising efforts and membership drives.
In 2012 I began work at Las Vegas’ oldest LGBT publication, Q Vegas Magazine. As Digital Marketing Manager for Q Vegas I gained valuable experience with integrating print, digital, and sales strategies. In addition to digital marketing my duties at the magazine included staff writer, news gatherer and event coordinator. Working in print and radio gave me a foundational understanding of traditional media and how it relates to the digital landscape we now live in. My time in broadcast and publication allowed me the opportunity to work with high profile clients and talent (none as cool as Prince though).
For the past few years, I have continued to follow the ever changing and fast growing field of digital technology and its impact on marketing. As a project manager at AMA multimedia LLC (a fast-paced, high-volume video production company),I found new passion for working with teams and organizing projects. A large part of my job at AMA was coordinating location, video crews and PAs for daily production of promotions videos. From there I found the unique opportunity to join the Notice U team as Operations Manager and further my team building and management experience. Marketing allows me to combine my love of the creative life with my interest in marketing technology and communications.
When I’m not staring at a screen I like gardening, painting, digging for rare LPs, and chilling with my super awesome rescue dog!

I’m a legitimate born and raised Las Vegan, graduating high school from Palo Verde in 2010. Early on I became captivated by everything Internet and all its new and emerging capabilities. I rejected formal education and aggressively forged ahead on my own to learn everything I could about technologies, applications, and programs. Today I am fully certified in web development, WordPress, and various software systems. And should I stumble upon something I need to learn and know, I’ll find it and I’ll get it.
Being raised with a strong Italian/Jewish/Irish/Czech background, it’s no wonder our traditional Sunday dinners continue to be an important foundation for me and my close-knit family. These wonderful times are sure to feature anything with pasta and red sauce. Always a sure hit. Deep, rich, and broad family roots here in the area keep me surrounded by aunts, uncles, and lots of cousins!
I enjoy being a workaholic, so relaxation and recreation are mostly foreign to me. But when I do want to escape, I binge watchNetflix. Seen a bit of everything, but most highly recommend American Horror Story and I Zombie. The screen gets me away from thinking and analyzing and lets me turn my brain off for a while. Oh, one other thing. Anything and everything anime is great with me!
My work history has been varied and always interesting. I’ve developed or significantly contributed to websites for a nationally renowned resort area, new and developmental products, medical facilities, rental properties, radio stations and communication facilities, surgeons, wedding chapels and receptions, automotive dealerships, restaurants, events, bands, golf courses, a large format printer, and many more.
While some might not think it’s relaxing, I love to work on developmental projects and specialty applications. It’s fun making things that are new or have never been done before. It might be in the field of banking, shopping, or access to services.
My inquiring mind has me wanting to learn more about electrical engineering, and I look forward to one day owning my own technologically based company that helps people accomplish goals and gain new levels and ease in living.

Danish Jalbani
I am Danish Jalbani. For more than 11 years I have worked in the digital world I love most–the web and mobile technology. What makes my work most interesting is not just that it’s my livelihood but it’s something that I genuinely and personally enjoy. When I am not actually working, I am reading about it. I am learning new things, and what better way of living can there be than growing and learning every day.
A few years ago, I joined Notice U Marketing and brought my experience and character in to contribute to it. The fact that I have been with the company since its inception and have learned and grown with it as an individual, makes it my home.
When I am not coding or designing or speaking TECH, I am making videos that documents not just my journey over a YouTube channel, but trying to relate to the common man experiences that live forever on the internet. I love to write and tell stories. I strongly believe we only have 1 life and it’s a big deal. We should only measure life in experiences and not by the number of years passed. Therefore, each project and problem-solving opportunity allows us, not only to contribute and make things better, but to also grow in life.
I am also an amateur photographer, a skill that helps me document my journey; and tell stories that I feel I should because I believe story telling is our superpower. Through stories we can change the world. Everything that we do helps us tell a story, in our design, our code. In short, every end product tells a story, a vision to believe in. And if we can collectively tell a story that we all can relate to; the business becomes better and so does the world.

Alex Brown
Earned the reputation as a growth hacker who is hands-on with UI/UX, Web Design and Development, business operations and team development experience for over a span of 5 years.
I possess the “we can do it” attitude resulting in delivering quickest and dependable solution to challenging client requirements as well as building relationships with teams on both ends.
I have the ability to grasp and understand the complex yet vague customer requirements, translating them into a concrete input and delivering the results with “out-of-the box” approach. Execute the assessment of situational impact of all strings attached and quickly adapt the workflows to incorporate the possible changes. I never lose focus of strategic direction and ensure immediate and long-term success.
I believe that creativity requires fun and free mind. I aspire to live up to this notion. When I am not keeping busy in designing and development, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in hilly areas. Wandering and exploring the beauty of nature is the eternal love of my life.

Rafia Muzammil
I have worked with fully remote teams in different countries around the world, such as Australia, Canada, UAE, and the US. I hold an MBA with a specialization in Marketing When I’m not doing the work I love, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, cooking, and spending time with my family. Horror movies are my favorites. Being Pakistani, I am a bit of a foody and love to eat. The best thing about Pakistan is that you will find street food available even after midnight. So, for me, craving a pizza at 3am is no problem. I also like to go exploring and really enjoy reading about paranormal activities.

Destin Belcher
My name is Destin Belcher, and I am the new Data Reporter at Notice U Marketing. Growing up in Las Vegas, I have always been fluent in mathematics. So, a job about dissecting numbers and describing what they do is an absolutely perfect fit for me!I started my journey to achieving my Eagle Scout in middle school, passing my Eagle Board of Honor just three days before my 16th birthday. I attended Northwest Career and Technical Academy, taking several applied math classes, such as engineering and drafting, physics, chemistry, and statistics. I took part in my school’s Polynesian Dance club, where I practiced weekly and conditioned a LOT to perform at charity events or before our big school dances.
My first job was serving as a math tutor for a franchise here in the valley, a side-hustle I still do today. It was difficult at first as my people skills weren’t excellent, mainly because I worked with a lot of kids. However, after some time, I became great at it, leading me to a promotion and to taking care of a center all on my own as a Lead Instructor. Tutoring was my favorite, as I became very attached to some of the students I saw on a regular basis. Over time, I watched them become better at the material and more confident in their abilities. I scored a 33 on my ACT, which landed me a free ride to UNR as a General Engineering major after graduating high school in May of 2019. However, at orientation, I changed my major to Economics, a subject my mom introduced me to – one she got her own Master’s degree in. I spent seven months in a hotel room with a California King bed, a BEAUTIFUL bathroom, and a stellar view of “Chinablock” (a Vietnamese restaurant, a sushi place, and a Starbucks). After my second semester, however, I realized that maybe college wasn’t the way for me, so I took a gap year to focus on my mental health and finding out where I fit in and where I wanted to be in life. Come August 2021, I enrolled at UNLV as a General Mathematics major with a minor in Business Administration, with plans to get a Ph.D. and teach at the college level.
However, amid my job search, I came across this opportunity and decided to give Data Analysis and Data Science a try. So far, I’m loving the new experience, using my intellect in a more significant role, and look forward to progressing my career further in this field. Currently, I’m projected to graduate in May of 2024, and that’s if I don’t decide to change my major for the fourth time.
To pass the time, I do a lot of reading, mainly related to economics, political theory, philosophy, and history (nerdy and pretentious – I know). When I’m not reading, I listen to music, discover new artists, create new mixes/playlists, and do a DANGEROUS amount of window-shopping (primarily for shoes). At this point in my life, I’ve come to appreciate whatever opportunities come my way, and I’ve become more accepting of whatever life offers me. Becoming a professor seemed like where I was headed for a while, but at the moment, I see myself staying within this field as what I’ve touched base on so far has been engaging and fulfilling, with lots of room for growth and improvement. I look forward to seeing where Notice U takes me.

Sarah Levitz
Hello everyone! My name is Sarah Levitz, and I’m discovering that the world of marketing is intriguing and riveting!
My background, starting with my very first job, entailed a wealth of customer service experience. I love communicating with other people, learning all about them, and their wants and needs. People are fascinating and fun! I believe everyone on Earth has a purpose and I’m here to fix arising issues for others, to provide reassurance for them that things will get handled as perfectly as humanly possible, and to be sure that all goes according to plans. Together we will always find solutions! This outlook led me to positions such as Customer Service and Relations Manager at State Farm Insurance and Client Accounts Supervisor at Abby, overseeing a team of receptionists who handled over 150 different accounts, while making sure clients were pleased with our services. And now I’m happy to be at Notice U Marketing as an Account Services Manager. I am very excited for this new chapter in my life!
In addition, I’ve lived in both Las Vegas and California throughout life, summers in California and schooling in Vegas. California will always be home, but Vegas is where my family is. I just had my first baby in January, and he has been the most rewarding, loving experience I’ve ever gone through. He is my reason to smile and my whole heart! I love spending all my time with him when I’m not working, but of course mommy needs a break every now and then too! Writing poetry and journal entries has been my relief from everyday life. I’ve had a few writings published over the years and love reaching people through words. Running on coffee, baby giggles, a journal entry or two, and the sense of making someone’s day better has become my lifestyle!
Gone But Never Forgotten
